We want you to be completely satisfied with your Parfums de Marly purchase; therefore, we offer a 30-day return window for products in their original, unopened packaging. Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for fragrances that have been unsealed or used.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our Concierge Service via the online portal or email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization.
Prepare the Parcel
Carefully place the unopened product in its original box and include the provided return form to ensure your request is processed efficiently.
Ship the Package
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our team to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Processing and Refund
Once our boutique receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
